When is the Best Time to Launch an Employee Discount Program?

This can be a tough question. For one, every human resources administrator and company has very different circumstances; the ‘busy season’ for one might be the ‘vacation season’ for the other. As such, we must recognize that our recommendation will not apply to everyone.
