As a Human Resources administrator or someone involved in your company’s benefits, Black Friday and Cyber Monday should also prompt you to think hard about how you have helped your employees save money this year. Do you offer group rates on voluntary benefits like home and auto insurance? Do you offer financial protection options such as a legal plan or identity theft solutions? Do you offer discounts year-round to your employees such as 10% off at Target.com, 5% off at Southwest Vacations, and 20% off at FTD.com?
