Users will now see more information and more options upfront, helping them choose the best travel experience for their needs. “To start, we hope everyone notices a totally new, very snappy look and feel and really info-forward, customer-friendly design,” notes Fast. The new platform also features a significantly expanded inventory, transforming PerkSpot Travel into a more fully integrated booking hub. Hotels are live today with access to 600K+ options, with discounted flights, rental cars, packages, activities, and more on the way. 

To support a seamless end-to-end experience, members will also have access to a suite of peace-of-mind add-ons, including cancellation protection and disruption assistance, backed by the customer support muscle of HTS. And while the platform is evolving, our Low-Rate Guarantee remains firmly in place—ensuring members can still book with total confidence, knowing they’ll never overpay.

But perhaps the most exciting update is the introduction of loyalty rewards. For the first time, PerkSpot members can earn and redeem PerkPoints on hotel bookings, unlocking even greater savings on top of already exclusive rates.
